शराब की अवैध तस्करी करते हुए एक गिरफ्तार, 24 पौवा जप्त/One arrested for illegal smuggling of liquor, 24 pauva seized
कोण्डागांव। पुलिस अधीक्षक सिद्धार्थ तिवारी एवं अति पुलिस अधीक्षक अनन्त कुमार साहू के निर्देषन में हुए क्राईम मीटिंग में लाॅकडाउन अवधि के दौरान बढ़ते हुए अपराधों में अंकुष लगाने हेतु थाना व चौकी प्रभारियों को सख्ती से निर्देषित किया गया था। इसी क्रम में उप पुलिस अधीक्षक दीपक मिश्र व थाना विश्रामपुरी प्रभारी भापेन्द्र साहू के मार्गदर्षन में दिनांक 29.07.2020 को पुलिस चौकी बांसकोट स्टाफ द्वारा ग्राम हल्दा के पास एक व्यक्ति को जो शराब बेचने के उद्देश्य से एक थैली में शराब लेकर खड़ा था, जिसे बांसकोट पुलिस स्टाफ द्वारा घेराबंदी कर पकड़ा गया। संबंधित व्यक्ति को पूछने पर अपना नाम विजय टेकाम, पिता श्याम सिंग, ग्राम सिंगनपुर बताया। जिसके पास से 24 पौवा अंग्रजी शराब बरामद किया गया, जिस पर धारा 34(1) आबकारी एक्ट के तहत् कार्यवाही की गई। इस सम्पूर्ण कार्यवाही में चौकी प्रभारी प्रमोद कतलम के साथ प्रधान आरक्षक राजेन्द्र बघेल एवं आरक्षक अलाली राम कुरेटी व ग्रामीणों का विशेष योगदान रहा।

Kondagaon। During the lockdown period, under the direction of Superintendent of Police Siddharth Tiwari and Superintendent of Police Anant Kumar Sahu, the police station and outpost in-charge were strictly instructed to arrest the rising crimes during the lockdown period. In the same sequence, on 29.07.2020 under the guidance of Deputy Superintendent of Police Deepak Mishra and Police Station In-Charge Bapendra Sahu, a person was standing near village Halda carrying liquor in a bag for the purpose of selling liquor to Banskot, on 29.07.2020. Siege caught by police staff. On asking the person concerned, he told his name Vijay Tekam, father Shyam Sing, village Singanpur. From whom 24 powdered English liquor was recovered, on which action was taken under Section 34 (1) Excise Act. In this entire operation, the outpost in-charge Pramod Katalam was accompanied by a special contribution from the chief constable Rajendra Baghel and constable Alali Ram Kuretti and the villagers.
