नई दिल्ली: संसद में घुसकर नारेबाजी करने और धुंआ उड़ाने के मामले की आरोपी नीलम आजाद की जमाने याचिका पटियाला कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया हैं। (Patiala court rejected Neelam Azad’s bail plea) कोर्ट ने नीलम पर लगे आरोपों को प्रथम दृष्टया सत्य माना हैं।

जानकारी के मुताबिक़ संसद सुरक्षा उल्लंघन मामले पर जमानत याचिका खारिज करते हुए अदालत ने कहा कि, यह मानने के लिए पर्याप्त और उचित आधार हैं कि आरोपी के खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोप प्रथम दृष्टया सच हैं। इसलिए, यह अदालत इसे आरोपी को नियमित जमानत देने के लिए उपयुक्त मामला नहीं मानती है।
